OUR FOCUS

Bio-Hydrogel - water based

Smart Polymer Hydrogels

The chemical crosslinking occurs via radical graft polymerization of acrylamide and acrylic acid onto CS, while physical crosslinking is achieved through hydrogen bonding interactions and metal coordination bonds after immersion in ionic liquic solution. This remarkable dual crosslinking approach has been thoroughly analyzed using Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) spectroscopy, resulting in a hydrogel fiber with exceptional properties. Ideal for applications in biomedicine, tissue engineering, and more, this hydrogel represents a significant advancement in material science.
